Bookkeeping – Set Up Petty Cash System Set up an imprest petty cash system	$165.00 one-off fee
Set up invoice templates To include logo and field adjustments to clients needs	$220 per template
Bookkeeping – Basic Data Entry Services	$44.00 an hour
Bookkeeping – Data Checking Services	$55.00 an hour
Bookkeeping – BAS Preparation for Lodgement in association with Client’s Tax Accountant, Shirley Rawson or Australian Bookkeepers Network (via BAS Wizard)	$165.00 per BAS
Payroll – Basic, employee payments Establish employee records, payroll payment process and set up account and tax codes	$385.00 up to 10 employees For payroll of more than 10 employees, please call to discuss
Payroll – Advanced, extended set up and administration Note: FBT, penalty and RDO awards & superannuation in accordance to Accountant's directions.	$88.00 an employee for extended setup

o        Effective date: 1st January 2008 subject to change without notification
o        All training assumed to be conducted at established training facilities
o        Training can be provided on site, initially at a 75% premium or where negotiated
o        All materials or parts supplied are charged at RRP
o        Any administration or out-of-pocket expenses incurred are fully recoverable from the customer
o        All hourly fees are charged at a minimum of two (2) hours unless otherwise stated
o        Multi-lingual support (code: 120) in Bahasa includes the Indonesian and Malaysian languages
